How to brew:
To make a traditional (milky) chai, brew 1 heaped teaspoon in 1/3 of a cup of water for 5 – 8 mins @ 100°C. Once brewed add 2/3 cup of hot milk. Strain and serve with honey if desired. To make this as a regular tea, use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and brew for 2 - 4 mins @ 100°C.
