Nighty Night is an exceptional sleeping brew developed by renowned Australian naturopath Mim Beim. Good for insomnia, restless nights, sleeplessness, anxiety and stress. Using Nighty Night will help you sleep well and deep and wake feeling well-rested and refreshed.
The herbs used are organic and Australian where possible. Drink a cup after dinner to help you get to sleep or take a cup to bed to drink if you wake up during the night. Can be drunk during the day to settle frayed nerves.
The taste is earthy, mellow and settling. It can benefit from a little honey.
