Description
Japanese Hojicha is a tea of roasted twigs from late-season sencha and has an deliciously sweet and nutty, caramel-like flavour. Lower in caffeine so it can be drunk at night.
Sustainably sourced.
Can be re-brewed but at a higher temperature and for slightly longer.
Contains – green tea from Japan.
Brewing notes: 90°C for 2-3 minutes (according to taste)
