Fruit Infusion

Fruit Infusions are also known as Fruit Tea. You can drink them hot, or cold!

How to do a "cold brew" fruit infusion.

For every litre of water, use approximately 1 large spoonful of the fruit infusion of your choice. Mix together, pop it into the fridge and leave it overnight. It will be ready by morning. You may find that some blends need more or less of the fruit than others - so experiment a little to find the depth of flavour you are searching for!  And enjoy!
